With the derby against Hajduk Split, Dinamo concluded its league campaign that brought another title to Maksimir Stadium.
Dinamo secured the top spot of the Croatian league table in April, after the win against Hrvatski dragovoljac, but celebrated the trophy in the last match.
The visitor at the Maksimir Stadium was the Dinamo arch-rival Hajduk Split, and the only goal of the match was scored by Leko in the 79th minute, assisted by Pavičić.
The match was interrupted in the 85th minute.
Davor Šuker, the president of the Croatian Football Federation, presented the trophy to Dinamo captain Josip Šimunić.
Dinamo won 16 Croatian titles in total, nine in a row.
