The city of Vinkovci hosted this year's Croatian Cup final, with Dinamo Zagreb winning the trophy.
Following last year's Rijeka triumph, the eternal rivals Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split decided on the new holder of the Croatian Cup title, the venue being HNK Cibalia Stadium in Vinkovci.
The first half was goalless, with Hajduk hitting the post, and some quality interventions from the goalkeepers Stipica.
On 55 minutes, though, Dinamo striker Gavranović capitalized on Savvas' mistake and scored the game-winning goal.
Dinamo Zagreb now leads the Croatian Cup winners all-time list with 15 titles - four of them being won against Hajduk.
