Title holders Dinamo Zagreb secured its tenth consecutive league trophy, with Rijeka, Hajduk and Lokomotiva to represent Croatia in Europe next season.
Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb will enter Champions League qualifying after finishing the 2014/2015 league season without a single loss. They claimed the first place with 26 wins and ten draws, collecting 88 points.
Rijeka finished second on 75 points, with Hajduk Split claiming third place on 50 points. Both teams secured Europa League qualifying rounds, as well as the fourth-placed Lokomotiva Zagreb.
Zadar is relegated, while Istra 1961 enters relegation play-off round against Sesvete. Inter Zaprešić is back in the top division, after being promoted as Second Division champions.
Dinamo Zagreb won the double this year, beating Split on penalties in a goalless Cup final at Maksimir Stadium.
