On Sunday, following the draws of Rijeka and Hajduk, Dinamo Zagreb confirmed the winning of the domestic league trophy.
As Rijeka failed to beat Cibalia (0:0) and Hajduk failed to beat Osijek (1:1), Dinamo Zagreb team became the new Croatia champion.
Nikola Jurčević's men will have the opportunity to celebrate the title on Monday, as they visit Rudeš in the Round 35.
In the independent Croatia, Dinamo won 19 league title, and also has the chance to win the domestic double, as they await the Croatian Cup final against Hajduk, on 23 May in Vinkovci.
Last year, it was Rijeka who took both domestic titles.
