Question from the Bidder:

Paragraph 10 of the Invitation to Tender states that the total payments without VAT on the basis of the concluded contract may not exceed the estimated procurement value. Is the estimated procurement value for each location defined?

Answer:

With this answer, we correct item 3, paragraph 10 of the Invitation to Tender for the construction works regarding the renovation and adaptation of football pitches with hybrid grass in Croatia.

Project: Reconstruction of the football pitches of the HT First League Football Clubs, PROCUREMENT REGISTER NUMBER 02/2018.

Item 3, paragraph 10, which reads as follows:

"Total payments with no value added tax on the basis of a concluded contract may not exceed the estimated value of the procurement", is eliminated and changed by the following item:

This Invitation to Tender does not specify the estimated procurement value.
