2019/20 season in Croatia to be completed behind closed doors

HNS Executive Committee has reached a decision to change the competition rules in four unfinished HNS competitions, in order to organize the remaining matches behind closed doors, due to reccuring and significant increase in the number of infected people in Croatia, regarding the new coronavirus pandemic.

As health and safety of the players and other participants on the field of play, as well as the spectators, are the top priority of the Croatian Football Federation, the Executive Committee has reached a responsible decision to organize the remaining matches of the HT First Division, Women's First Division, and Women's Croatian Cup - and the Croatian Cup Final - behind closed doors.

This has been done in order to minimize the risk of potential spreading of the virus at football matches, while trying to successfully complete the aforementioned competitions.
