Brisanje podataka i računa

Korisnici aplikacije HNS Ulaznice mogu zatražiti brisanje svojih podataka i/ili korisničkog računa slanjem e-maila na [email protected] s naslovom BRISANJE PODATAKA.

Potvrdu o zaprimljenom zahtjevu primit ćete unutar 48 sati, a vaši podaci bit će obrisani unutar 72 sata.

E-mail mora biti poslan s adrese e-pošte povezane s računom koji želite izbrisati.

Data and Account Deletion

Users of the HNS Tickets app can request the deletion of their data and/or user account by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject DATA DELETION.

You will receive a confirmation of your request within 48 hours, and your data will be deleted within 72 hours.

The email must be sent from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.
